Conference on disseminating the Resolution of the 7th Plenum of the 12th Party Central Committee.

On the afternoon of August 10th, the Party Committee of Vietnam-Soviet Vocational College No. 1 organized a conference to study, thoroughly grasp, and implement the Resolutions of the 7th Conference of the 12th Central Committee of the Party for all cadres, party members, and employees of Vietnam-Soviet Vocational College No. 1. The speaker at the conference was Master Tran Duc Tiep – Secretary of the Party Committee of Vietnam-Soviet Vocational College No. 1. He clearly stated the meaning and importance of the study and thorough understanding of the 7th Central Committee Resolution of the 12th term; emphasized that the conference helps cadres, party members, and employees firmly grasp the guiding viewpoints, basic contents, and new contents in the 7th Central Committee Resolutions of the 12th term. At the Conference, all cadres, party members, and employees of the school were introduced to an overview of the 7th Conference of the 12th Central Committee of the Party and 3 important resolutions passed at the Conference, including: Resolution No. 26-NQ/TW on "Focusing on building a contingent of cadres at all levels, especially at the strategic level, with sufficient qualities, capabilities, and prestige to match the tasks"; Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW on "Reforming the salary policy for cadres, civil servants, public employees, armed forces, and employees in enterprises"; Resolution No. 28-NQ/TW on "Reforming the social insurance policy". These Resolutions are a concretization of the key tasks set out by the 12th Party Congress, addressing major and important issues that are both urgent in the short term and fundamental and long-term, having important significance for the sustainable development of the country, with great, profound, and direct impact on the lives and thoughts of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and people. Also at the Conference, Comrade Tran Duc Tiep outlined the issues from the Resolution directly related to the activities of Vietnam-Soviet Vocational College No. 1. Notably, some policies have been concretized, including policies related to new personnel work that are stricter, especially in recruitment, promotion, and rotation of cadres… in order to streamline the apparatus and improve the operational capacity of the school’s apparatus, meeting the increasingly high demands in work. Comrade Tran Duc Tiep requested party members to focus on thoroughly grasping the main contents of the three Resolutions. From there, depending on the functions and tasks of each unit, they should soon implement and put the contents of the three Resolutions into practice. After the Conference, Comrade Ta Duy Chung – Standing Committee of the Party Committee, suggested that cadres, party members, and employees throughout the school participate in studying and thoroughly grasping the Resolution, write a summary, clearly stating the knowledge acquired, and propose solutions to apply it to daily work, in the performance of assigned responsibilities and tasks. From there, create a high consensus on awareness, build will, and determination in implementing the Resolutions of the Central Party!
