Expanded Conference of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, 18th Term (2025-2030) of the Viet-Xo No. 1 Vocational College.

On the morning of November 7th, 2025, the Expanded Executive Committee Conference of the Trade Union, term XVIII, 2025-2030, took place at the Vietnam-Soviet Vocational College No. 1. The conference aimed to evaluate the performance of the trade union in the past, implement key tasks for the upcoming period, and discuss and agree on solutions to improve the effectiveness of trade union work in the new phase. Attending and directing the conference were Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Huyen – Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union; Comrade Tran Duc Tiep – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the School Council. Also present were members of the Board of Directors; representatives of the Youth Union, the Student Association, and 17 delegates representing 178 trade union members from 10 grassroots trade unions directly under the School’s Trade Union. At the conference, Comrade Chu Thi Phuong Lan – Standing Committee of the School’s Trade Union, presented a report evaluating the work results of the 2023-2025 term, highlighting outstanding achievements such as: successfully organizing emulation movements, taking care of the lives of union members, participating in professional, cultural, and sports activities, effectively implementing policies, and ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of employees. The conference also pointed out shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome in the future. Participating delegates contributed many practical ideas, focusing on innovating the content and methods of trade union activities; strengthening propaganda and education, building a united and effective working environment; improving the quality of emulation movements associated with professional tasks; and taking care of the material and spiritual lives of officials, lecturers, and employees. The conference elected the Trade Union Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 09 members representing the thoughts, aspirations, and voices of the school’s trade union members. The conference approved the Resolution for the 2025-2030 term, defining key targets, demonstrating the determination of the collective of officials, union members, and employees of the school in improving the effectiveness of Trade Union activities, contributing to building a comprehensively strong School Trade Union organization. The Expanded Executive Committee Conference of the Trade Union, term XVIII, 2025-2030, was successfully held, creating motivation and confidence for all union members to continue their efforts and contributions to the development of Vietnam-Soviet Vocational College No. 1.
