Successfully Organized a Model Congress of the Party Cell of the Department of Organization and Administration, Party Committee of the Vietnam-Soviet Vocational College No. 1.

Following Plan No. 195-KH/TU dated August 6, 2025, of the Phu Yen City Party Committee on organizing Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress; Implementing Plans No. 342 and 343-KH/ĐU dated December 10, 2024, of the Party Committee of Vietnam-Soviet Vocational College No. 1 on Organizing Branch Party Congresses and the Schedule of Branch Party Congresses for the term 2025-2027. On February 17, 2025, the Model Congress of the Party Branch of the Organization and Administration Department, Party Committee of Vietnam-Soviet Vocational College No. 1, was successfully held. This is an important event in Party work, demonstrating the Party Committee’s determination to lead the successful organization of Party Congresses at all levels within the school’s Party Committee. Attending and directing the Congress were Comrade Tran Duc Tiep – Secretary of the Party Committee, Principal of the school; comrades in the Party Executive Committee, the Board of Directors, Secretaries of Party Branches, and all Party members of the Organization and Administration Department Party Branch. The Party Branch Congress of the Organization and Administration Department for the term 2025-2027 summarized and comprehensively evaluated the achievements in the term 2022-2025. Accordingly, the Party Branch has excellently completed the assigned political tasks such as personnel organization; salary and policy work; emulation, commendation, and environmental sanitation work, etc. The Congress also heard two presentations on "The leadership and direction of the Party Branch towards the unit’s activities" by delegate Nguyen Trong Nga and the presentation "The Party Branch’s direction towards the Trade Union’s activities" by delegate Phung Phuong Thao. Speaking at the Congress, Party Committee Secretary Tran Duc Tiep emphasized that in the coming term, the Party Branch of the Organization and Administration Department needs to continue to advise and assist the Board of Directors on personnel work; administration and clerical work; procurement of supplies for training plans as well as other activities of the School; policies related to the material and spiritual life of officials and employees. After a morning of serious and responsible work, the Congress elected the Party Committee for the term 2025-2027 with a spirit of solidarity, democracy, and transparency. The new Party Committee pledged to continue to promote its leadership role to ensure that the Party Branch of the Organization and Administration Department successfully completes all assigned tasks. The Congress passed a Resolution and was a great success.
