The 19th Conference of the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Vietnam-Soviet No. 1 Vocational College, term 2025-2027.

Following Plan No. 10/KH-ĐTN dated September 4, 2025, of the Executive Committee of the Xuan Hoa Ward Youth Union on "Organizing Youth Union Congresses at all levels, towards the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Xuan Hoa Ward, term 2025-2030," today, October 8, 2025, the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Vietnam – Soviet Vocational College No. 1 solemnly organized the 19th Conference of the School Youth Union Executive Committee, term 2025 – 2027. Attending the Conference were Comrade Ta Duy Chung – Party Committee member, in charge of propaganda and education; Ms. Nguyen Thi Giang – Party Committee member, in charge of youth work of the School; along with comrades in the School Youth Union Executive Committee. At the Conference, the School Youth Union Executive Committee reported on the results of the Youth Union’s work and youth movement in the 2024-2025 term; frankly pointed out limitations and shortcomings and proposed orientations and key tasks for the 2025-2027 term, focusing on the following contents: Strengthening education on revolutionary ideals, ethics, and cultural lifestyles for Youth Union members and young people; Promoting revolutionary action movements associated with the School’s professional tasks; Improving the effectiveness of volunteer activities, young creativity, and supporting young people in learning, training, establishing themselves, and starting a career; effectively implementing the movement to build a cultural lifestyle, strictly complying with the Law on Road Traffic Safety, and the Law on Drug Prevention and Control… Building a strong Youth Union organization, promoting its core role in youth work. Building the value of the Vietnamese youth model in the new era. The Conference also consolidated the School Youth Union Executive Committee for the 2025-2027 term, electing the Executive Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the School Youth Union. And decided to appoint Delegates to attend the 1st Congress of the Xuan Hoa Ward Youth Union, term 2025-2027. Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Ta Duy Chung – representative of the School Party Committee recognized and praised the results achieved by the School Youth Union in the past term; and at the same time, expressed his belief that the new Executive Committee will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, creativity, and enthusiasm of youth, bringing the Youth Union’s work and the youth movement of the School to develop more and more strongly. The 19th Conference of the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Vietnam – Soviet Vocational College No. 1, term 2025 – 2027, took place in an atmosphere of democracy, solidarity, responsibility, and great success, creating new motivation for the School’s youth to continue striving and contributing in the new stage.
