Viet Xo No. 1 Vocational College celebrates the opening ceremony of the 2024-2025 academic year.

Following Plan No. 921/KH-CĐNVX1 dated August 14, 2024, of the School Principal regarding the opening ceremony of the 2024-2025 academic year. With the agreement of leaders at all levels, the Party Committee, and the School Board of Directors, this morning, September 5, 2024, Viet Xo No. 1 Vocational College solemnly held the Opening Ceremony of the new academic year 2024-2025. In the solemn atmosphere of the new academic year’s Opening Ceremony, on behalf of the School Board of Directors, Mr. Ngo Trong Tuyen – Vice Principal of the school respectfully read the letter from the General Secretary, State President To Lam sent to the Education sector on the occasion of the opening of the new academic year 2024-2025. At the ceremony, Mr. Tran Duc Tiep – Secretary of the Party Committee, Principal of the school read the opening speech of the new academic year and summarized the results the school has achieved. In the academic year 2023-2024, the school achieved the set targets, excellently completed the academic year’s tasks, laying the foundation and creating momentum for the new academic year 2024 – 2025. He believes that in the new academic year, the teachers and students of Viet Xo No. 1 Vocational College will be determined to emulate "Teaching well, learning well", striving to make breakthroughs, and excellently complete the tasks of the academic year 2024 – 2025. Also at the Ceremony, on behalf of the teachers in the school, Mr. Nguyen Van Thuong – lecturer of the Electrical Faculty gave a speech expressing his feelings on the occasion of the opening ceremony. He was moved and grateful for the feelings and concern of the school’s leaders for the collective of lecturers and staff, the affection and solidarity of the teachers, creating unity and cohesion in learning and work. In addition, with students, he also shared valuable and sincere experiences to the students, especially the new students, so that they can be confident and secure when choosing to study at this school. In the solemn atmosphere of the ceremony, on behalf of nearly 700 new students of K48, student Do Anh Dung spoke to express his honor and pride in studying at Viet Xo No. 1 Vocational College with nearly 50 years of construction and development. With that pride, he, as well as all students of the school, are determined to strive to study and train well to be worthy of the school’s tradition. At the Opening Ceremony, the School awarded Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Construction to collectives and individuals of teachers who had outstanding achievements in completing the tasks of the work plan for the academic year 2022-2023. And awarded the title "5-Good Student", "Student in Training" to students in the academic year 2023-2024. A new school year begins with much joy, hope and promise. In that enthusiastic atmosphere, the teachers and students of Viet Xo No. 1 Vocational College are determined to implement Uncle Ho’s teaching: "No matter how difficult it is, teachers and students must compete to teach well and learn well," competing to achieve high achievements to contribute to the 50 years of construction and development of the School, and well implement all tasks of the academic year.
