On the morning of April 15, 2025, at Hall A, Vietnam – Soviet Vocational College No. 1 successfully organized a motivational learning seminar for students with the theme: "DARE TO DREAM – DARE TO DO." The program was hosted by the Basic Science Faculty, in coordination with the Center for International Cooperation, Enrollment, and Business Relations, under the direction of the School Board. The seminar was an opportunity for 12th-grade students to receive career guidance, ignite a passion for learning, and expand their understanding of learning and employment opportunities both domestically and internationally. Ms. Phung Thi Giang, a teacher from the Basic Science Faculty, developed the entire program content, designing it in a modern, approachable, and highly inspiring manner. A special highlight of the seminar was the sharing session from Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Giang, Business Director and Regional Director for the Gulf Arab countries of Vietnam Agarwood Export Company (OUTTIGER). With a youthful, sincere, and powerful style, Ms. Xuan Giang conveyed strong messages about overcoming personal limitations, starting a business from passion, and daring to try oneself in an international environment. The inspiring stories from her actual journey received deep interest from the students. In addition to the presence of educational experts, the seminar also welcomed representatives from major corporations, notably FECON Group – a leading unit in the field of construction and infrastructure development. Also present were reputable training cooperation, study abroad, and labor export centers in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Germany. The presence of businesses not only added practicality to the program but also opened up opportunities for cooperation and recruitment in the near future. The seminar was not only a specialized activity but also a practical bridge between the School – students – businesses, contributing to improving the quality of vocational training, increasing the connection with practical labor and social needs. With careful preparation, quality content, an open and modern atmosphere, the "Dare to Dream – Dare to Do" program left a deep impression on the participants. This is also a vivid testament to the continuous efforts of Vietnam – Soviet Vocational College No. 1 in innovating educational activities, putting learners at the center, towards integration and sustainable development.
